Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

AlignAbility recovery coaches are here to be your team, your encouragers, your advocates and allies. Ready to provide the support and extra motivation you might need to face life’s challenges and take hold of its opportunities.

Our focus is on your unique and personal journey, helping you realise the potential of each day while moving at your pace with zero judgement.

We understand that recovery takes time, it’s a series of small, progressive steps rather than a destination, and we’ll be in it with you each step of the way.

It’s our job to listen, hear, support, encourage and motivate. You have what it takes, and we’re here to make sure you know that.

Recovery Coaching is an NDIS funded support for people living with a psychosocial disability.

As NDIS experts, we can translate the NDIS to help you maximise your funding and concentrate on what’s important to you. We work with your goals, aspirations and requirements, using your strengths to build the life you want. You have complete choice and control every step of the way, and to the extent that you choose, we work with you and your wider support network which may include family members, support workers, allied health and medical professionals or other key supports. Together, we will support you to set up, implement and monitor an individualised recovery plan that works for you.

We engage a holistic approach to recovery and mental health and ensure all bases are covered, so you have the right plan, setting you up for the best chance at success from the get-go.

All AlignAbility recovery coaches come to this work from a place of lived or ongoing learned experience. Not only are we professionals with high levels of expertise in our fields, we have first-hand experience of Psychosocial disability and mental health.
