Our Purpose & Values
Align Ability is all about empowering individuals living with a disability to have the opportunity to live their best life. Founded in 2018 by Tegh and Jessica, our mission is to bring person-centred and individualised support services to life, especially for young people (and the young at heart!)
We’re not your standard disability support service. We put relationships first, establishing strong connections with each client, their family and wider support network. Our flexible and cooperative approach allows us to work holistically in collaboration with other providers, allied health professionals and medical experts to achieve the best possible outcomes for NDIS participants.
At Align Ability, our close-knit team of support workers, relationship managers and support coordinators are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals, whether it’s continuing to live at home, living independently, learning and developing daily living skills, participating in social activities, finding employment, taking respite or any other goal. Our secret sauce? We take the time to truly get to know our clients, their preferences and needs, so we can tailor our support, respect their choices and adapt to their unique situations to best assist in helping them reach their goals.
Our Approach
We’re also super proud of our matching process, where we carefully pair support workers with participants, developing cohesive teams built on strong rapport that results in fantastic outcomes. This focus on compatibility leads to long lasting, sustainable relationships, reducing support worker turnover and helping our clients feel at ease.
